Lakers have the depth and talent to replace the loss of Avery Bradley

The Lakers Magic Number is 3

With the season returning the Lakers schedule has been released and with the team holding a comfortable 5.5 game lead on their second place neighbors, the luxury of using the remaining eight regular season games to test out lineups and recent additions without being under the gun to win out will be great. The Lakers can finish the regular season 3-5 and capture the first seed even if the second place team goes undefeated.

While the lack of home court advantage inside the bubble makes being the 1 seed a moot point, it would put an exclamation point on the success this Lakers roster has earned this season. That being said, there are more important things for fans to keep their eyes on as it relates to the remaining eight games before the immediate jump into the playoffs.
