Warriors, Lakers, 76ers interested in Jamal Crawford

During an appearance on ESPN’s The Jump on Wednesday – via Bleacher Report – ESPN’s Marc Spears said that Crawford isn’t particularly close to making a decision regarding where he will play next season, but that the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, and Philadelphia 76ers are all interested in the veteran guard’s services, though the Warriors would likely only be interested in adding Crawford if Patrick McCaw doesn’t re-sign with the team.

According to Brandon Robinson of Scoop B Radio, Crawford would sign with the Sixers if the team can find a way to buy out or trade guard Jerryd Bayless in order to make room for Crawford. Bayless has one season left on the original three-year, $27 million deal that he signed in 2016, which comes with a cap hit of more than $8.57 million this season.
