I trust Magic and Rob but as a fan, to me Julius was Laker family so I’m sorry to see him go. I also expect there will be some regret by the Lakers on that front as I anticipate Julius still has more growth potential and he’ll be an all-star. While he started slow, his work ethic, determination and unique offering as a player will be reasons why I think he will stand out going forward. Is one superstar (Kawhi) better than 2 or 3 (Randle, Ingram, Kuzma) emerging all-stars? I would have enjoyed seeing Lebron and the Laker youth in full (Randle, Hart, Ingram, Kuzma, Ball) compete next season. At this point I’m hoping their is no trade and that the Lakers wait until 19 for a free agent addition. Best to Julius! I suspect he is in a good place, matched with Davis and that they’ll be an interesting tandem to watch. Go Lakers!
